Luxuriating

Bill has gone out to get us bagel breakfast sandwiches. This is such luxury.

Also dinner last night. Luxury. I didn't even get photos of all of it. 7 courses. Our menus had three groups of three items each. Pick one of each group. The chef picked the other 4 courses. Nearly every single bite was delicious and extraordinary and new and different. It was pretty wild. And lovely.

And our table had a beautiful view of the city, Lake Union and the park on the lake's edge. It was beautiful. Plus the restaurant was full of interesting looking people.

We got fancy for the fancy place. Bill cleans up nicely.



Yesterday morning, Bill cut my hair* so we were a fine looking couple. (*He's gotten good at it. He does the back and I take care of the front. We work cheap but the result looks expensive.)

Today we need to go pot shopping. We're going to a place we haven't tried before - art gallery/weed store. Should be interesting.

I need to get the coffee made before the bagels get back.

I have been enjoying your posts that take place during your brother's visit. They do make me smile.

There is a weed dispensary in Berkeley that used to be a tropical fish store and it still has a big mural of fish and octopus, etc. on it.

If I thought I was likely to be in Seattle in the near future, I'd be asking for details about that restaurant; sounds wonderful.

Next time you guys even think there's the tiniest of chances you'll be here, tell me. Reservations are tough to get but I'll get you some if you promise to let me come with. You would love it. Really.
