I no longer update my Live Journal. I don't log in there for any reason but years ago I paid $100 for a lifetime account (no regrets for sure) and have not closed it down. I still get email alerts occasionally from my account.

This morning, I got a note that today marks 21 years since I first logged on there. And, since I ported everything here, that means this journal has 21 years of entries. Wild.

A long time yes and yet the years have gone so fast! I just looked at my LJ profile and I have 20 years there - I also got the lifetime membership at the time and don't want to close it for good. I was "kyana" and then "justapostcard." I don't post much anymore but I read LJ & DW every day faithfully. And this past week I've been envious of your continuing visits with your brother. I would LOVE to have my brother for several days just to myself! Best to you, Nancy

I'm so glad you commented! Somehow I got unconnected to you on Dreamwidth. Now fixed. Many years and yes, I do love the just bro and me time. It's special and I'm very grateful.

I created my LJ accoung in 2004 because I knew a lot of people who had journals and I wanted to be able to comment. Little did I know I'd become a very active user from 2006 on.

My LJ would have been that old too, but I had a habit of starting new journals every few years there for a while. Meowmensteen was my fourth LJ started in 2011. My first one was makemeacake back in 2002.
