There has been a lot going on here today. I took Bill to the airport and was home with plenty of the day ahead but it's now 1 and this is the first sit down I have had and it's temporary.
I had a very large hamper full of dirty clothes. So I started in on those. Most are done and on the bed under Biggie now. I boiled some potatoes so I could have mashed potatoes to go with my leftovers worked out perfectly.
I spent some quality time with my finances, paying bills and catching up my spreadsheet.
Then the law firm I contacted this weekend called. They are an estate law firm that looked promising to help me make sure my legal shit is together for after I die. Their website says they have offices in Seattle and Vancouver, WA. The woman on the phone said they did not have offices in Seattle. WTF? They even have a Seattle phone number. Whatever.
I did another deep dive and found another firm that does old stuff (and has lawyers who aren't old). I filled out their website form. I'll keep on until I get a hit.
More laundry. And I put away a bunch of stuff and organized even more.
Then I got a call from the heat pump people wanting to know if they could come fix my pipe and install the wifi adapter (whooooot - that's the bit that's been on back order for months) on April 13. YOU betcha!!
Next up is a trip down to the dumpsters.
Bill is the best house guest ever. He never let a dish or utensil stay dirty in the sink. He's always looking for stuff to fix or fix better. And he drove everywhere. I got to ride and look out the window which is such is such a luxury. All that is in addition to just being good company.
Oh and he's Biggie approved. Even Julio gave a passing thought to a bit of a friendship.

Guess I'd better get that stuff down to the dumpsters before I lose the will to get out of this chair. I gave a thought to getting onto the treadmill after I got back from the airport and then just talked myself out of it. So I'm getting all the things done today instead.
