Your say fill out form on your website. I fill it out and specifically say "please respond via email with next steps and I'll call to make an appointment". And then you call me.

So, nope. Since you cannot follow simple instructions/requests, I am sure not going to pay your probably exorbitant fee for your services.

This is my ongoing quest to find an estate lawyer. Try #1 was 'we have no office in Seattle' even tho their website says they do. Tries #2 and #3 resulted in the above.

For try #4, I specifically said "PLEASE do not call me. Text or email is fine. I have picked my preferred times below - just schedule a time, email me with the details and I'll make it work. (Phone for the scheduled consultation is fine but please no zoom.)"

I started out wanting a nice sized young firm with offices nearby. I'm now just thinking if I can find someone who can follow simple directions, I'll be happy.

One option might be to not fill in the phone number section, if the form allows that.
