From bad to very very good

susandennisWhen I woke up this morning, I thought for sure Biggie was headed back into surgery.
Now 9 hours later, he's fine and delighted. His friend, Frank, came and he got all the focus and attention any cat could ask for. Frank is dedicated to be the one human that Julio isn't afraid of and he's for sure making progress. He's so sweet and gentle and lovely with them both.
Then we went on to the ballpark for our pre-season do. There were lots of people lined up when we got there and the fire alarm was going off. There was a bit of a kerfuffle as the staff tried to figure out what was going on. It was a good pre-season practice for everyone.
We finally did get in and went up to the new Press Club where my seats are. It's the first time any of us had ever been in there. We'd all only seen pictures. I honestly wondered if my $7,500 season ticket was maybe a mistake.
It was not. At all. The place is fabulous. My seat is fabulous. Here is the view from my seat.
I love it. It has shade. It has heat. It has room. Even when I stick my feet straight out, they do not touch the seat in front. There's a little table.

And, as my brother pointed it out, it has my initial on it!!
A cute staff member asked to take our picture.
I ran into my seat neighbor from last year. And much of the staff of the Diamond Club who are all so wonderful. My favorite waiter is going to be working in the new Press Club.
It was a lovely afternoon and now I am VERY jacked about going to Sunday's game.
My new meals from Factor arrived today. I think I'll have one for dinner.
