I could be in Tacoma and open up a can of Fancy Feast and Julio would hear it. He's been dead asleep in the closet and by the time, the contents are out of the can, he's got his bib on and mouth open. Even his fear of humans will not stand in the way of breakfast.

But a small gray bird will.

This morning he was on the counter watching me dish out breakfast when all of a sudden he was gone. I looked up and he was actively staring out the window with his butt just twitching and there was a little gray bird on the railing. His eyes did not move until that bird flew away. It was the funnies thing. Only after the bird was gone did he scarf down his breakfast.

Priorities, man. priorities.

When my brother was here, he did a very cool routine of core exercises. I've been thinking about them ever since. This morning I found them and a program and I'm starting today. I'm going to pretend it is Monday. There's a two week grid of them that I printed out.

Last year I tried out a streaming tracking service. I signed up for the paid version. I didn't like it. I canceled. I thought. Today Paypal sent me the notice that I had paid $30 for another year. I am usually rabid about subscriptions. I keep track. In my finance spreadsheet, on my calendar. I am flummoxed that this one got by me. There is no way to cancel on their website (the help page points to a cancel button that does not (no longer?) exist. I'll get my $30 back eventually but geesh. Even with all my controls, I still get caught.

I did go into PayPal and remove all of the automatic charging set ups except ebay and stubhub. And I will probably remove those. I hate getting had.

This week promises to bring the actual end of my heat pump installation process that began last July. They still have to fix the drain pipe that they installed incorrectly and add the wifi component to the bedroom unit which, for some reason, they thought I didn't need/want. They are supposed to show up on Thursday. This time I will be their nightmare if they do not.

Ok, coffee done. Time to start coring! The cats are going to love this.

The Mariner game starts at 10:30 today.

Well, live food is better than canned!

Hello! I printed out the exercises and am going to try to stick with it for one full week. How did day one work out? Were the cats sitting on you?

I tried the last exercise for Ss & Gs and ended one rep with 'oof, I felt that'.

I've been watching 'Jury Duty' on Prime Video (free with Ads from freevee) and I like it, in case you don't have it on your list of shows to vet.
