Hi Susan,
I am so sorry we do not have any current photos. We had not planned to list until Wednesday and photos were scheduled to be done this morning. A family friend showed up with an offer this morning before that could happen. Because the owner loves the house as much as you clearly did, he wanted the buyer to be a family he knew. I have sent you the pics from 2005 and 2006. Decor is different now and the back patio and landscaping are amazing but most of the house is the same as in these pictures! Hope this helps!

So now we have to wait until the family friend sells. Sigh.

The living room is the same (except for the addition of that ugly ceiling fan). And the dining room is, too. Both were carpeted back then. In fact, the dining room had a maid's buzzer. It was a bump in the carpet under the table that when you pressed it, a buzzer went off in the kitchen. The rage it created in my mother kind of killed the fun of pressing it, tho.

But, if she had had that kitchen...

Yeah, nothing about the basement. Nice place, though.

Big difference in the back yard to me is fencing. We had no fences. Lou and Carol were right there when we went out to play and kick the can was wide open.

And that whole side piece off the TV room was the side yard where a lot of play action happened.

I checked around the 'hood from Babsie's house down to Ted Heefner's and very few have been for sale in the past decade so not surprising this one got snapped up. Prime hood, not to mention the cache of our having lived there.
