I know! Me, too! Remember the dark ages when you called an 800 number and ordered something and they said 'look for it in 2 to 3 weeks' and you said 'ok' and that was it? We had no idea how much that sucked!!
And. speaking of tracking, you finally had one too many entries about that damn quesadilla maker and I had to buy one. No tracking yet but I'm still on my Prime trial and so it should be here Friday.
You are getting a TEFLON COATED model I assume! I did. Got theSANTA FE QUESADILLA MAKER - QM2SFR. There is a also a lower priced model on there and I cannot see any difference!
I am trying to grow my own cilantro for all my South of the Border type cooking but it refuses to grow in my yard. I have on hand a good amount of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte seasoning, fresh limes and that green plastic container of lime juice, and a package of fresh cilantro.
I like how it divides by shape, and toast mark the cute little triangle shaped compartments that are easy to cut into servings.
When I first got it I made the mistake of throwing too much filling in but now I do it right. Now I must branch out and make fish and other fillings.
Clean up is a snap. I just use a few sprays of PAM and when done/cooled off I can wipe it clean with a paper towel.
This would be fun to break out when company comes, too. Make the little appitizers as the conversation goes on and the drinks flow.
I just got Prime. My last order convinced me I am a good candidate. I like ordering inexpensive items and to spend under ten bucks and to be saddled with 10 dollar in shipping is outrageous. And I am not talking overnight. Am trying to smarten up.
Ha! I did not see any spelling errors... I saw 'susan, you made a great buying decision!!!'
I did get the Santa Fe and I'm ready!
Here's what I'm thinking... See, I love things with tortillas but the smallest bag gets stale before I can even use it. This way, I'll not only use more of them sooner BUT... get this... I'm going to make batches of different kinds and freeze them! Then, I'm just mere mins away from a quick snack of one triangle or fab lunch o' four!! With different fillings!!!!
