Baseball hangover

susandennisEleven innings and we lost. It was tough. BUT, in the Diamond Club, because of the way it is arranged, I really needed to sit in my seat and not get up for all of it. I could go pee if I really had to but it was not easy and best just held to the end.
In the new Press Club, getting up and out is easy as can be and there are lots of places and ways to watch the action. I can stand or sit inside and watch it from a bunch of different angles through the glass that keeps the inside a lot warmer. There are several huge, comfortable couches with TV's where you can watch the action with broadcasters filling you in. It's just a much better experience.
But, still, I was out way past my bedtime.
Plus, for the second time, I got attached by post game runs. In the middle of the night, I woke up with a very rare stomach ache and then spent some quality time on the john. The stomach ache is gone and no cramps, just runs. So weird. This happened after the first game. For both those games I had bottled iced tea, caesar salad and bloody mary. Oh and coffee. The second game, I had bottled iced tea and none of the rest and I was fine. So there will be no more caesar salad or bloody mary or coffee next time. So weird. But draining.
This morning, I'm in slow mo mode.
I have a phone call scheduled in a half hour with an estate attorney. It's an exploratory call. I want someone to review my will and other end of life documents and make sure they are doing what I need them to do and get my sister's name off the medical power of attorney and get just general advice.
I want it done but I'm not looking forward to the process.
The Mariners play this afternoon.
