Under my desk is a disaster. I cleverly designed a way to hide everything that's under there. That was probably not too smart. There is all kind of junk that I need to toss or put somewhere else. There is a rats nest of wires and cables under there. There is the CPU. There are two harddrives. There is the spot where Jake lives all winter. There is dried cat vomit (yeah, really - I know, it's gross but it's way less gross when it's dried).

And, as davmoo so kindly reminded me in a recent entry, there is probably 16 cats worth of cat hair and miscellaneous dust in the CPU. I think the last time I had it open was 2 or 3 years ago. I'm lucky, I haven't fried a harddrive or burnt the place down.

I think, if work continues to be light for a bit, I may just take a day and excavate.

And - switching gears - what the heck is Dynamex???? www.dynamex.com - I just got a notice that Amazon shipped a package (way late, by the way) via Dynamex. Never heard of 'em. I have a tracking number but it's not valid - probably just not in the system yet. Hmmmm
