10 years ago, I was still working - from home - and made some changes to my workspace. I deepsixed a massive desk and paper filing system and replaced with with a much more attractive, streamlined set up. I had a work computer - desktop and a personal computer - desktop and three monitors on the wall. It (and other accouterments) required a massive number of cables and outlets.

The desktops eventually got replaced with laptops and I retired and then one of the monitors died and then the chromebox I was using died. So a trip or two ago, I had my brother take down all but one of the monitors. It was attached to my Windows PC (laptop).

Today, I replaced that monitor with a $30 weather station. I was going to wait until the next time Bill came but, now, with all the tools in one place, I had an idea... I took out one screw from the cleat that held the monitor and replaced it with one with a smaller head that the weather station liked just fine.

Yeah the time is off from the Echo and I'll fix that once the weather station has settled in. And the cables look weird. I have a plan. But I'm massively happy with the result.

The Fancy Market has great Korean meatballs. And good mashed potatoes and I use them to make my own kind of but not really close Sheppard's pie. I cut the meatballs in half and drizzle on the little bit of sauce they come with and then to with some grated cheese, top with the potatoes and more cheese. Then into the fridge. Come meal time, I'll bake them for about 30 minutes. DELICIOUS. Yesterday I laid in meatballs and the mashed and today I made up the pies. One for the fridge and one for the freezer.

But today I'm having fish and chips and it's time now to pop them in to air fry while I fold the laundry. I already took all the garbage and trash down to the dumpster.

Oh and some yarn I ordered for a new top was scheduled to arrive via UPS on Tuesday. The UPS guy delivered it TODAY!! I've never seen him deliver on Saturday. What a fun surprise. So guess what I'll be doing the rest of the day?!
