Turns out - fingers crossed

I just bought two Press Club tickets to a game in September for when my brother is here. I bought the on Gametime. I've bought tickets from them in the past and had no issue. Buy the ticket, get a receipt, instantly get the ticket 'acceptance' email and you are good to go. Only this time, I didn't get that 'acceptance' email. Yet. Their website says it's ok. And I can see my order. So my fingers are crossed. The app is really for buying last minute tickets but these were a good price even if not very last minute. I do hope it does not turn into a festuche.

I have had cats for many years. Many. I have never in all those years had cats who were so vet dependent as these two. As of this minute, all is ok. Julio is still sneezing but not as much. Biggoe has not thrown up in nearly 24 hours and seems very normal. But, I feel like thinking my cats are fine for more than 5 minutes at a time is a dicey deal.

Oh well.

The weather station I bought last week is, this morning, showing that it is raining and 75 degrees out and 67 degrees in. It is so not raining. Not close to raining. Julio and Biggie are having their morning meeting in the sun.



Zero rain. The temps are off and often way off. This sucker is going back. I'll get a regular old thermometer.

I need to go meal shopping today. I've got a couple of emergency meals in the freezer but I want some salad. My next baseball game is Monday so I need meals to take me through Sunday.

And then, the game today is an afternoon game - starts at 1 so that's where I'll be when I get home from errands.
