susandennisI got up early this morning. Gave me time to discover that Amazon had double charged me. I then hooked up with a rare undertrained customer service rep. Most are top notch but this dude was many notches from the top and had an attitude. He was, however, smart enough NOT to send me a 'how was my service' survey. I finally told him I could wait no longer and I would call back. Then, I got an email saying he had fixed the issue.
Then I got showered and dressed and out the door. The weather was perfect. High 60's in the shade. The walk to the bus stop was ok. Maybe my feet are just under used but they are not good walkers. Toe cramps. foot cramps, arch pain. But, I made it and waited less than 3 mins for the bus. Soooo glad that I did not take the scooter. That bus was jammed. I forgot about rush hour.
It took me to within 2 blocks of where I needed to be. I was way early but their waiting lobby could not have been a more pleasant place to wait.
This cute little guy then came and got me and we tested out a new web/phone app for about an hour and a half. The app was very very lame but, happily he only wanted me to use it and didn't ask me what I thought of it.
I had a bit of a time finding the bus stop home mainly because I left from a different building than I entered. But it was shady and very pleasant out and my feet held up and I found the bus stop and waited another less than 3 mins. This bus was empty and the ride was really pleasant.
And now I'm home and the cats are going nuts.
I just had a very light lunch. Next big calendar item is the Mariners game. I'll leave here in about 4 hours. Until then, I'll be sore feet up and crocheting with my burnt finger (which really is much better).
