susandennisThe chair swapping turned out to be a true nothingburger. Now to get used to the new old sit. The cats were confused/amused/helpful.
Haircut is done. Wow. I cut off a lot more than I expected to but it's perfect. Except for the back which is not bad but not perfect. My brother will fix that when he gets here in September.
Laundry is laundrying but I didn't make my one load. It's two but no big deal. I forget, now and again, to be so very grateful for in house laundry.
My Temu order arrived yesterday which seemed fairly quick, all things considered. I wanted to try one of those t-shirt jumpsuit thingies. But, I didn't want to pay $35-75 that Amazon wants. So I went with a $12 from Temu. I probably would have been better off with a larger size BUT, the real issue is that it looks stupid on me. So, now I know. I was just going to send it on to Goodwill but I thought I'd check the Temu return situation.
I clicked through what I wanted to return and why and then came to screen that said they would send me a full refund and then down below that it said No Need To Return! Seriously? I mean I get it. Even small and lightweight, it's bound to cost more than $12 to send it back. But wow. I'm wearing it today but after today, Goodwill will get it.
Interesting experience. I'm not sure I'll order from them again but heck, I might.
Just picked up the mail. Humana cracks me up. Every month, I get a 'Smart Summary' from them via USPS - exactly what's on their website. On the outside of the envelope it says GO PAPERLESS and directs me to their website where, for many years now, I have directed them to NEVER SEND ME ANY PAPER. Every month. Bless their tiny and clueless heart.
