susandennisI have tickets to three Mariners games in the next five days. Tonight, Friday and Sunday. And then none for two weeks.
I woke up way too early this morning but am resigned to some day sleeping if needed. The luxury of retirement. I'll be leaving here about 4:15. The dinner menu includes scallops which are a favorite of mine. So yum.
Today I have a list of exciting stuff like take the garbage to the dumpster. I actually have a couple of carts full to take down - recycling and garbage. The entire house needs dusting but dust makes me cough. So my plan is to do about 10 feet a day. Starting at the front door. And starting today. My hall light has detached from its app so I either need to fix that or manually turn it on and off (the horror).
I also probably am going to make a run to the Amazon hub for returning. I've been trying to find some good house shoes and keep finding these that look great on the web page but don't work on my feet one little bit. Also hunting a back pillow for the white recliner. And falling short. But I may have scored on that one just today. But, still I have a pile of returns.
It's cooler these days than the past few Junes which is lovely. This morning, the thermometer says it's 63 degrees out. The high is predicted to be 75 which means I need to make sure I have a hoodie or jacket for tonight's game. I'm very grateful for the cool.
Oh! I need to go make sure the battery is plugged in to charge my scooter.
