Where or where??

When I moved all the shit in from the terrace, there was a large pile of extension cords, plug extenders and power strips. I either put that pile in the dumpster (I can't believe I would do that) or they are just hiding out somewhere mysterious in this house. I'll be damned if I can find them.

I did some moving around of stuff today to make a parking space for my scooter. It lived in the closet for a long time and may well spend winters there. But it's too much trouble to get in and out of thee and I need the room to hang clothes.

So I've been just parking it in the middle of the sewing room which always makes he room look junky. So today I cleared a proper space for it against the wall. I am too old to move shit. Even easy shit.

I also cleaned the bedroom and dusted everything. The hallway is lined with shelves. About half are full of fabric and yarn. But there's a big section of other stuff. And the bottom shelf, particularly, has looked a mess. I got to it this morning and wow.

I get a little spark of joy now when I walk by. It's so clean!

And no coughing. I was a bit hesitant about the dust and did not wear a mask because I am an idiot. But, so far, no penalty.

I just realized that I did all the furniture moving and resulting vacuuming and walked up and down the hallway to stretch my legs, and went down to get the mail... all without my watch on. It was charging and I forgot to put it back on. All those steps and no credit. That's just not right.

I always regret cleaning without a mask. Why is it that old dust seems to be worse than new dust? It's all horrid.

I am completely with you about not getting credit for steps! Ugh!
