Laundry day

Scott and Julie are having laundry day. They leave for Alaska tomorrow and so need to wash their clothes before they go. I have a buttload of laundry to do, too but I'm not going to Alaska so I can wait.

I think Julie is going to go back to Pike Place Market this morning. They missed the new section yesterday and she wants to see it. Plus there are a lot of cute shops on Western Ave which is kind of behind the Market.

I think she'll send Scott here to get going on the laundry. It's early yet. I got up early so I could have some me time before company time. I'm pretty much caught up on my daily finance checks and dw checks and other checks. I washed all the glasses and dishes. I just need to get into the shower and get dressed.

My back is better than it was earlier in the week but it still hurts. I still plan on going back to the pool tomorrow.

Today is supposed to be cooler than yesterday and the air quality is better. So yeah.

I think I'll go shower and get ready for whenever whoever shows up first!

It's weird, but hotter weather causes me to have more back pain. A few years ago, I got worried and thought it was my kidneys or something, so I got my blood tested and the doctor was like, "You seem healthy, I think it's just muscular pain." It's just odd that this particular back pain only shows up in the heat and that hydrating seems to help it feel better. Back are weird.

i actually kind of remember that. i generally drink plenty but i will make sure and stay out to the stupid heat
