I just remembered that while I was swimming, I had the thought that I was sorry I hadn't taken an Alieve before going to the pool. Except ever since I got home, I don't need one. I left all the sore in the pool.

So now I'm jacked about going back tomorrow. I dug out my backup suit and cleaned out my swim bag and repacked it without the crap I do not need and with the hairbrush/comb. It's by the front door, waiting.

I got all the groceries put away and a meal list made. My new thing is to list all the meals that are in the fridge on the outside of the fridge so nothing gets forgotten. So far it's a system that's working well.

The Mariners beat Houston 3 out of 4 games in Houston which was major and a lovely high to end the first half on.

The outside is still teaming with activity. I can hear it in the background up here with the doors closed. I took the trash down a bit ago and oh wow. I peeked out the garage doors and saw nothing but sweaty people in queues wiht small children. I hustled back up here gratefully.

I admire people who swim. To me it sounds like such a chore, packing up - getting there - changing - showering - swimming - showering - packing up - getting home. But the people I know who do it really enjoy it.

I have a Chrome tab open to the Radio Exercise site you mentioned. I should try it tomorrow since you've liked it so much.

The idea of a meal list is great. What's on the list so far?

fascinating!! i hadn't heard of bromine pools before. my wife has really bad reactions to the chlorine in public pools. private chlorine pools are usually okay, but gym pools are the worst for her. i'll have to see if there are any bromine pools around us.

Swimming is great. :) If you like it, that is. I don't. I almost drowned when I was 8.
