drying up?
Jul. 24th, 2023 11:17 amThey needed two techs but they sent one but he was a good one. He found the drip and thinks he stopped it but I am to call if it drips again.
The manual says to clean out the filters every month. My bother took them out when he was here at the end of March and we cleaned and replaced them. We figured they'd be good til he came again in 6 months. Turns out they really need to be cleaned every quarter.
It's very easy to remove them and clean them and put them back. The problem is getting to them.
Even with a step ladder, I am not tall enough.
And I'm too old and fat with not enough balance to get high enough on a big ladder. I tried today. No joy.
If Frank is reading this, he's saying "I can do that!!" and I'll be asking him to probably next January.
The a/c people will be coming back, hopefully, in a month to install the wifi connector on the bedroom unit and I'll get them to do it then.
My brother will be back in September and we'll do them both then. That means I'm fine, really, till December or January.
OR whenever a tall person happens next in here with a minute to spare!
I was thinking of going to the grocery but found stuff that needs eating in the freezer. So I don't have to go anywhere!
