Fun Find - Costco edition

A couple of Costco visits ago, this Salmon Risotto caught my eye and I snagged it. It must have been lunch time and I was hungry cause I'm not that wild about salmon. But, it is shelf stable so I stuck it on my shelf. Tonight I was hunting for dinner and found it and nuked it and YUM!!! It was quite delicious and quite filling and easy.

Risotto is often quite filling. I am not crazy about salmon either, but if it tasted good? Win!

Yum! That product would be right up my alley! Thank you for posting the link! A Costco was recently built closer to me; but alas mine doesn't carry this product :(
