DW is eating my paragraph spaces! My entries have lovely paragraphs in edit but when I hit post, all of a sudden my entry is one giant run on paragraph! WHAT the heck? The beta editor does it.
The HTML editor does it. Only the Rich Text editor will give me decent paragraphs.
This is a PIA cause I hate the Rich Text editor. Grrrrrrr

I haven't used the beta editor - or noticed that it existed. So no idea what interface it's supposed to present.
Typing this reply, I have no apparent control over what kind of formatting it expects from me; I used preview to see what I was going to get.
When I post, I'm offered a choice of rich text or html, plus a button to disable auto-formatting. When I use "html" without disabling auto-formatting, it keeps my paragraph breaks - no need to use <p>. To me, that means it's *not* real html, it's some kind of hybrid. (IIRC, you need to disable auto-formatting as well as selecting "html" in order to get *real* html.)
