Big job for the day done!

My bathroom has three rugs that I love because of the color but are just old. They have lost their stick to the floorness and Julio has taken on the responsibility of bunching them up every day. I am going to trip on them and fall and break something. So it's time for new. For some reason this task is just odious/baffling for me. Probably because it requires a tape measure.

But, I put on my big girl panties and did the deed. New rug coming on Monday. I got a big one that I can trim to fit the space and hopefully Julio will leave alone.

I had the entire pool to myself this morning for my entire swim. It was weird but fine and good to get back after skipping yesterday.

I think I'll go to the grocery this morning but to the one on Mercer Island instead of West Seattle. Just changing it up a bit. I need to wait until after 10:30 or they won't have all their meal stuff out yet.

Also the dirty clothes hamper is getting full. I keep hoping to hear my new washer/dryer is on the way but so far... crickets. Guess I'll load up the old one.

Ooops Julio just wrestled off his collar with his bells on it. Time for a fix. And then on to the rest of the day.

I've given up on having a mat down in the bathroom. I keep it hung up on the towel rack when I'm not using it. My cat is convinced that bath mats are for her to pee on and crumple up.
