susandennisA week or so ago when I went to Walmart for the very last time, I did happen on a swimsuit in my size that was on sale for $13. My expectations were low and I figured my loss would be minimal. But, lo, that sucker is fab! 1st of all it's very comfortable. no nipple rubbing. no crotch crawling. no strap issues. And, it doesn't look bad at all. But, the big bene turns out to be its fast dryingness.
I come home from the pool, hang it up and when I'm ready for the next day's swim, it's dry! Best $13 I ever spent.
Once again today, the pool was empty. One guy came in when I was mid swim but really that was it. And even less road traffic.
It feels so quiet here today. No football. No baseball. No Swifties. It's kind of nice.
I spent most of yesterday setting up redundancy. It was way more fiddly than I planned but it's pretty much done. I have a complete zip of my gmail history and now, everything that comes into my gmail account is copied over to my outlook.com. It's not a total complete picture but it's close enough to avert tragedy, I hope. I also have a backup google account linked to my regular google account. I'm sure I've forgotten some critical step but I think I'm done futzing with it all for a year or two.
If I live that long. I feel like my breathing has really taken a nose dive here in the last few months. Fitbit keeps a close eye on it, though and all my breathing stats are in normal (for me) range so I don't worry too much. I'm just tired of coughing. I did take a hit on my rescue inhaler this morning before I went to the pool and I feel like it helped.
The Mariners have won two excellent games in the last two days. I'm hoping for a third tonight. Oh and I heard from Matt that he's snagged the seats next to mine for those 20 games. And he put in a good word with the sales guy (who is also his neighbor) for me to get my second 20. So yeah.
I gave myself a haircut yesterday and, as is my MO lately, I finished today. It takes a couple of showers to see exactly where I need more trimming. I think I got it this time. My brother can fix the issues I can't see when he gets here in September.
Today will be crochet and Florida Man (Netflix) and probably some book listening Gone Again (Doug Johnstone). And then the game tonight.
