I did decide that I don't really need to do more than I'm doing now. What I'm doing is working. So 30 minutes plus a few seems like a good plan that I can stick to. I haven't heard from Jerome about my new plan so until I do, I'm not going to worry about it. I think I'm just going to mix it up a 30 minute combo of treadmill, rowing, bike with a back. Or as
