Day 93

20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 and then... 10 minutes on the rowing machine!  I'm here to tell you that the rowing machine kicks my ass.  Well more my back and arms but whew.   It's bound to be good for me.  I think, however, I'm going to try it in 5 minute segments and build up.  I'm whipped.

I did decide that I don't really need to do more than I'm doing now.  What I'm doing is working.  So 30 minutes plus a few seems like a good plan that I can stick to.   I haven't heard from Jerome about my new plan so until I do, I'm not going to worry about it.  I think I'm just going to mix it up a 30 minute combo of  treadmill, rowing, bike with a back.  Or as [livejournal.com profile] kjaz would call it - a Triathlon!

Thomas's sticker for the day says:  Hooray!  If Thomas was here, I think he would say 'you stink!'  Off to the shower.

A truly wonderful and amazing surprise arrived in the mail just now!  [livejournal.com profile] sea_weed sent me stickers from Australia!!  And they are beautiful and in my favorite colors and rimmed in gold.  "Australian made and owned"!!

Check 'em out!!

Thank you so much, [livejournal.com profile] sea_weed!! I think I'm going to save them for July so I'll have a whole month of beautiful stickers from OZ. And, since July is winter there, maybe it will even make me feel cooler!!  Boy, talk about making my day.  Wow.  What a treat.

The migration on the servers I need for editing/staging and publishing was supposed to be finished last night.  As of 1 p.m. today it's still not and the status page has no eta.  So... I can't do the work that started stacking up yesterday afternoon when they started.  I did catch up on all the stuff I don't need those servers for so I'm good until they get stuff going again.

So.  I think I'm going to trot on over to Home Depot.

I need a shelf/table thing that is no wider than 7" and at least waist high to stick between my washer/dryer and the wall to put laundry soap, etc on.  The skinniest of the rollout carts I can find is 7.5".  So I think it's DIY time.  I'm going to go over and see if I can come up with something.

Hopefully the race for the cure is done and I can get my car out.
