Week 36 - cardio

I did a good solid 30 minutes on the treadmill.  I got my elevation up to 4 and my speed up to 4 (not at the same time) for spurts.  It was good.

It wasn't too crowded and not too deserted.  Just right.  Rosie was there working with a guy she does on Fridays.  She said she had some new stuff for me tomorrow.  I do love that she does such good preparation.

I am stinky stinky.  Shower time.

I'm hooked

I'm loving this little video camera and the applications for it. It's so point and shoot that I've only just now actually read the manual and the websites for how to make it all work.

One thing I discovered is that the Box.Net free account deal expires in 9 months. It includes 1GB of space and 5GB's cost $80 a year. Yeah, I know, YouTube is free but I love the little Box.Net widget thing. It's so easy and simple. I add a movie and the widget gets updated. I hate the idea of giving it up.

steve98052 suggested that I check out Windows Movie Maker and last night I did. I had never even heard of it. I went to download it and discovered that I've had it on my computers for years without even knowing. I played around with it for a little bit. Fun.

One thing I think I'm going to do is video this house. Room by room. It will be a good inventory and fun project.

Travis and Betty are pretty funny about the camera. When I do a video of them, I'll often play it back right away. They jump at the sound of my voice coming out of the little box. It's pretty funny.

I'm definitely hooked and I think they are, too.

In the mornings Betty likes to get on top of the bedroom wall.  This makes Travis a little crazy.  This is not the best rendition of the ritual and it's also dark but until I can capture it better, Kitty TV presents:  Betty in the Rafters!!
