It was good 30 minutes Rolling program for elevation 2.8 from start to finish.  No shin problem.

The gym was fairly busy.  I was a little earlier than usual and one class had just let out.

I am really looking forward to tonight's class. Tija said that she gave the instructor a lot of counsel.  Walk around the room and help people individually the entire time.  Provide more alternate stretches for those who can't do what you are describing.  Stuff like that.  Good stuff.

Yesterday, when I was doing exercises, I really felt one of them in my back so I stopped and did one of the back stretches from last week.  It was perfect.  So I'm very interested in learning more.

Shower time now.  Work awaits.

After I finish getting my mp3's in shape, I need to organize my photographs.  I have somewhere upwards of about 49 cajillion spread out over 4 computers plus Flickr (2 accounts) and Picassa.  They mostly all carry whatever filename the camera gave them.  They aren't in groups or sets or anything.  What a mess.

Music first, then pictures.

I did finish ripping the two library books (that sounds so horrible) last night.  So today it's back to the music in the odd moments.  I have work to keep me busy this morning, however.

----

Random food thoughts for no particular reason.

My size (ample) is testament to my love of food.  But my love of food is confined to only the tasty food.  My palette was honed in the 50's in the South.  If it's fried, it's fine.  I am a card carrying carnivore.

Organic to me means expensive and short shelf life.  Heart Healthy and Lite means tasteless and expensive.  Tofu just sounds too much like Toe Jam to have any appeal at all.  And peas and carrots and most beans should not be used as food items.  Ever.

Dear Firefox,

If and when I open you up, that is the only time it is appropriate to bug me about a stupid update. If I’m not using you, then I don’t give a flying fuck if you have an update of not.  And I really do NOT appreciate your demanding that I select either install now or install in a day.  I will install your updates when I am good and ready and you can go suck on your toes.

Love, Susan

p.s. FYI, one of the reasons I only use you these days is when I have to for checking on browser compatibility, is because you and your plugins are constantly bugging me about updates.  When you come up with a better way to improve yourself that does not require taking over my web browsing or my computer when it is inconvenient for me, I’ll reconsider.  Until then Chrome to you, baby.

Anyone out there have login credentials for Seagate Customer Support?

Actually, you probably don't even need them to try. http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/

Click on My Account (up at the top) or try to log in (if you have 'em) or click on My Cases on the left hand panel.

All I get is variations of 404's. Three different computers, two different networks, two different browsers. No combo gets it.

When I call their 800 number it says their telephone system is down and to use the website.

I think it's more than their hard drive that is broken...

My Maxtor OneTouch 4 died in January and I returned it (to the tune of $10) and got a warranty replacement which lasted nearly a week. I filled a form on their website asking, politely, WHAT THE FUCK??? And got a lovely note that they would reply in 24 hours with a case number. That was 2 weeks ago.

I went for years and years with no hard drive failure. In the past two years I've turned into the Typhoid Mary of hard drives.

It was good. The teacher was better. She still has room for improvement but she was very better. And the class was packed. My lawyer was in there! He's about my shape but taller and about my age but probably a little younger. And there was a younger woman in there who's bigger than I am.

We stretched good and lots of different places. It's still too long a class. But, as soon as my muscles get back, I'll be looking forward to next week.
