An early start
Feb. 13th, 2009 06:52 amMy little computer also serves as my clock at night. I turn on a screen saver which is a giant digital clock. I can halfway open one eye in the middle of the night and know how many hours I get to sleep.
This is the same computer that got Windows 7 yesterday. Last night the screensaver clock stopped at 11:20. The computer kept freezing dead after about 15 minutes of inactivity. I kept waking up and seeing it was 11:20. Finally about 5:15, I woke up thinking about it and decided it was a driver issue.
Finally I got up and looked in the device manager. No uglies there. Then I found the answer in a Windows 7 forum (a usb power setting needed to be disabled). Whew.
So now I'll be a little earlier to the gym. No biggie. I do have work work to do today and I can use the early start.

A new tweet from Annie says the drama that caused Six In The City. Net issues yesterday has blown over and the site has been restore. They are moved in and the big reveal is coming soon!
