Slow Start

I slept great last night. My bed disagrees. It says I slept worse than usual. My Fitbit agrees with me. That's why we have three opinions on these things. Biggie agrees, too, BTW.

We are easing into the day. Weird internet issues started lat night. And continued this morning but now seem to be fixed. Some of it was on my end, but, turns out, not all. Some websites were just not responding - a couple later flashed 'technical issues' but one of my mesh routers also needed a reboot. Just weird shit but fixed, now so yeah.

The susandennis in Michigan has a doctor's appointment tomorrow and her doctor's office keeps sending all the shit to me. They are trying to get her to sin up for MyChart. I am sorely tempted but so far just hit the little trash can.

No plans for today. I did the store walk yesterday and really don't need anything from anywhere today so I might just hang around here and do a walk around the block rather than go somewhere. I could walk up to the teriyaki place - lunch and steps. Regardless, I have plenty to entertain me.

I do need a shower, though. Biggie is currently a snoring lump in my lap. Wonder if anyone has ever had a catheter implanted onaccountof a cat.

So my internet issues were... Amazon Web Services... again. Heads rolling again. Sigh. Interesting how this time there was no mention of it in my Twitter feed. One of my apps sent an email explaining/blaming the outage.

But, it did make me go back to all my bank accounts - web and phone access to ensure the phone numbers and passwords were working and correct. So not terrible.

Frank came by to pick up a keyboard that he wants to try out and also, help me with a tall person job and a four hands job. Biggie was going nuts. He's here, he's there, he's running around. I picked him up to show Frank his stitches and the top one is coming loose!

It's way too soon. I don't think he's chewing on them, he really can't even get to the one that's coming undone. But I think all his running around is just pulling them out. They do not look any angrier than they did when I first brought him home (thankgoodness for the photos I took so I could check) but I'm still a little worried.

I put the cone on him but I could tell he was not happy. So I made him a t-shirt. It's crude rendition of the onesie he really needs.

It seems to impede his shenanigans a little. He had a terrible time climbing up into my chair but he made it and has settled in and not moved for a while so maybe the wiggles are over for now.

I'll watch the area tonight and if there's a slightest change that's not for the better, I got bad news for this bad boy... a trip back to the vet. Hopefully, he'll be fine. Google has lots of instances of cats pulling out stitches early and being fine.
