Sigh, the best croque madame in town is no more...  The Spring Hill brunch menu has been retired and croque madame didn't make it on the new menu. A bientot, mon favorite...

oh, we discussed. when they revamped the restaurant, they said the brunch menu would change eventually. i told them that i really needed them to keep the croque madame and they said it probably wouldn't survive. i whined. apparently unsuccessfully.
