Night guard report

FAB! It was a bit odd at first and there is one spot way in the back that has a rough spot that wears on my tongue, but... what a wonderful bladder control product!! Last night was the first night in literally years that I can remember sleeping all night long without getting up to pee!! Wild. dizzdvl pointed out that I can get that dental wax to help the rough spot. I can take it back to the dentist for smoothing down.

But, mainly, I'm thinking this thing is wonderful!! Off to the gym!

Gym Report - cardio

Today I did the Random set.  3.0 for 30 minutes.  I am dripping.  We are coming up on a couple of very hot days but so far it's not terrible.  My gage is coming out of the gym... if I can feel a breeze and/or a little bit of cool, then it's good.  Last year we had more than several days when I would open up the door and get hit by hot air.  No thank you.  I've had enough of that in my life.  I'm doubly grateful for every day that I don't get that now. 

Not a lot of action at the gym.  A couple of new faces - both women in their late 30's or 40's who look like I would expect to see at a gym.  Taut, tan, musclelly and mean looking. We don't get much of that - particularly in women so it was interesting to watch them.

My new yarn just arrived and I'm up to my cuticles in work with no time to stop and smell the soon to be bears and fishes.  I put the box where I can see it - incentive to finish up!

I got some dental wax.  It's a big help but the minute I put it on my teeth, I was jetted back 45 years... 14 with a mouth full of painful metal braces.  I had totally forgotten until I felt that wax.  I lived by that stuff back in the day.

Travis is really afraid I am going to leave again.  I just made an egg salad sandwich with him underneath my feet the whole time.  Please tell him that yesterday and Monday were aberrations.  I'm not going anywhere.

Well, I am going to get my hair cut tomorrow.  I can't stand it another day.  And I am going to Costco.  I'm about 4 scoops away from coffee poverty.
