Good session.  But, I do need to take a better cheat sheet.  I need to do the cardio ones at the top of the session and then reorder the rest so that I can do them all before I get too tired to do any.   She has me doing a lot that twist my torso.  These are so good for me but ouch!

The Pilates lady only had one dog with her today but he roamed around a bit.  He has a neck full of bling and a face full of personality.  Nadia says she has four dogs.  The ones she's brought into the gym are the best behaved dogs I've ever seen.

Travis loves to "help" with two tasks I do often and which, oddly enough, are easier without his help. But whenever I start either one of them, no matter what he is doing or where he is napping, he knows exactly and comes running.

The first is sewing on eyes and/or noses onto the teddy bears and fish. I can be knitting along, by myself with him in the other room when it's time to sew on eyes. As soon as I start to thread the needle (which, by the way, I can and do easily without making a sound), here he comes. He loves to swat the dangling thread and grab the nose or eye and run with it. It's a battle every single time.

The second is cleaning Roomba. As soon as I pull out the Roomba cleaning towel, he's there ready to help. And, honestly, I do not really need his help. But here's what it looks like every time I clean Roomba...

Not as helpful as he looks

Actually, usually he does not sit nicely like this. Usually he tries to eat the dust and/or bat the stuff out of my hands. Every.Single.Time.

I haven't been going to my deli across the street much because if I don't get there before 11:45 the line is too long and I've been trying to save money and it's been too hot.

But, today, I really needed a Reuben sandwich so off I went.

The deli is on the ground floor of the same building that my gym is in. The same building that was mostly single practitioner lawyers in the early 90's and dot coms in the late 90's and misc start ups until Starbucks bought it a couple of years ago and filled it up with Starbuckeons.

Now they are gone. They have all moved down the street to Starbucks HQ and the building is pretty much empty and there was no line at all at noon.

I hope the deli can survive. It has survived all the other transitions so, hopefully, it can survive this one. They make on hell of a Reuben sandwich!
